ELUTION CIRCUIT HEATER
Ansac Thermal Oil Heaters are able to set up a “drop-in” system for any type of elution circuit and allow for a wide range of elution temperatures optimised for heat recovery. The skid mounted unit provides a low cost and simple alternative to separable components and are designed for maximum efficiency and integrated control.
Ansac supplies a self-contained control scheme which automatically integrates the burner management system and the temperature control of the system to ensure that there is a consistent eluate temperature and no risk of burning the oil. Ansac’s heater design features a fully self-contained burner system that includes the burner train and management system and is available in a range of fuel options including diesel, natural gas, LPG and the new Electric units that utilise Silicon Carbide Heating Elements.
