CARBON REGENERATION KILN
Our Carbon Regeneration Kiln very effectively restores spent carbon to a very high state of activation. The Ansac kiln is found in many installations across the world as a critical part of gold processing circuits. It is known for its efficiency and consistently high level of carbon regeneration. The design remains one of the most compact units on the market, incorporating integrated steam management and system control. Typically a batch system, our regeneration kiln is configurable to work in train, or to accommodate more continuous feed to reach higher desired material throughputs.

ELUTION HEATER
The Stantil thermal oil heater system is suitable for both Zadra and AARL gold extraction circuits. Eluate is heated indirectly from the thermal oil heater via heat exchangers, providing a high degree of thermal stability and control. Thermal oil is circulated through either a coil or shell & tube style arrangement and the heater package is mounted on a single skid for ease of installation and maintenance.

SMELTING FURNACE
Our smelting furnace delivers controlled high-temperature operating conditions for precious metal bullion production. The robust Ansac designed system is engineered for safe operation, accurate tilting and consistent performance in harsh gold room environments.

GOLD ROOM OVEN
Our electric ovens support thermal drying and calcining duties within the gold recovery process. The robust design ensures temperature stability and control over the course of the pre-determined batch heating time.

MINERAL THERMAL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

ROTARY CALCINER
The Stantil Horizontal Rotary Calciner indirectly heats mineral concentrates to remove any moisture and achieve product transformation. Our kilns are configured to enable required temperature at a defined residence time. Calciners can be optionally powered by diesel, gas or electric means.

ROTARY DRYER
Our rotary dryer reduces or removes moisture content in bulk mineral materials. Depending on the nature of the feed, throughput and water content, dryers may be indirect or direct in design. The heat tube drum diameter, length and rotation speed are tailored to specific product drying requirements.

MATERIALS HANDLING AND PLANT INTEGRATION

MATERIALS HANDLING
At Stantil we design and supply materials handling solutions configured to tie our thermal processing equipment seamlessly within the client plant. Considerations include material feed, product discharge, cooling and process gas transfer. We also supply accessories and auxiliary products such as mixers, screw conveyors and sizing screens.

SPARE PARTS AND EQUIPMENT SUPPORT

Our involvement with your project is a partnership that doesn’t stop at capital equipment supply. From installation and commissioning to assessments and spare parts, Stantil will provide ongoing technical support, training and maintenance plans to ensure your equipment performs at its best throughout its lifecycle with minimal production downtime. For older Ansac models in the field, we are able to ensure parts are correct for the original equipment and if required, refurbishments or replacements can be arranged.
