INDUSTRIAL CALCINING & DRYING OVEN
Developed by Ansac over the past two decades, the CX Series Calcining and Drying Oven provides a reliable heating solution for removing moisture and precipitates from gold sludge prior to smelting. The oven design contains internal refractory brick walls and lintels that provide durability and keep heat losses to a minimum. The industrial oven heating elements sit in secured wall mountings, decreasing inefficiencies or downtime caused through damage or breakage.
PROVEN OVEN DESIGN
The innovative design incorporates electrical systems within the oven that provide users with precise temperature control and complete accuracy throughout the heating process. Accurate process data can be recorded for detailed evaluation and diagnostics. Temperature settings and residence time are selected according to the required functionality. Generally an industrial drying oven will be set to a specified temperature between 150 – 600°C. Calcining Ovens are set to higher temperatures up to 800°C to ensure any impurities are removed from the gold sludge along with the moisture.


ROBUST AND RELIABLE OPERATION
The CX Series Oven has a proven track record in many harsh environments across Australia and internationally. Operation and maintenance are relatively straightforward with few movable parts and complexities. The oven is fully equipped with removable trays and an internal tray rack. Other available accessories include an oven tray trolley, an oven lifting frame, making product handling easy within the gold room. Stantil will provide ongoing spare parts and technical support throughout the life of the equipment.
