The horizontal indirect-fired rotary style kiln has proven to be suitable in a number of applications including calcining and drying a variety of different feed materials. Ansac thermal processing equipment can be found in a number of industries including mineral sands, uranium, lithium, cobalt, scheelite, kaolin, rare earths and vanadium. Depending on the product material and capacity requirements, equipment can be supplied in a range of models to cater for higher or lower throughputs and different bulk densities. The team works closely with clients throughout their project and beyond to ensure that the equipment provided meets their stated needs and continues to perform at its best over time.

MATERIALS HANDLING
Stantil offer a number of materials handling solutions and accessories to tie in to the feed and discharge ends of the thermal equipment such as screw conveyors, cooling screws, hoppers, screw feeders and feed chutes. These items are customised to suit client throughput and material requirements.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What standards are your equipment designed to?
Design and manufacture comply with relevant Australian and international standards, including AS1375, AS3814, AS4024, AS4041, and AS3000. Stantil will design to international codes where project requirements specify alternative standards.
Do you provide GA drawings and P&IDs?
Yes. Full engineering documentation is provided.
Is Factory Acceptance Testing included?
Yes. Factory Acceptance testing is conducted as is practicable prior to dispatch. The extent of factory testing is relative to the project complexity. Clients are welcome to inspect equipment with reasonable notice.
Does Stantil install the equipment?
Installation is typically performed by others on site, with Stantil providing supervisory checks as required. These checks are usually conducted prior to commissioning support.
Do you provide Commissioning Supervision and Operator Training?
Yes, we can source, purchase, and coordinate delivery of all items. We work with a variety of vendors and can even pass on trade discounts where available.
